Returns and Exchange

We want you to enjoy every product you get from us, but we understand that sometimes, you might have to return a product because it doesn’t quite fit. We’re happy to take it back and exchange it within a 7 day period if it meets the following criteria.

You can return your items within 7 days of receipt of your shipment and must meet the following requirement.

  • They must be in original condition
  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging
  • Jelwery, underwear, swimwear and accessories are not returnable due to hygiene reasons
  • Free gifts or promotional or SALES items are not eligible for returns
  • Returns are at the expense of the customer

To Initiate a return, Do the following:

  • Find a store location near you.
  • Bring the item and your invoice or shipping confirmation email to the store.
  • Tell a sales associate that you want to return the item.
